My interest in photography began when I was in high school and found an old 35 mm camera lying around the house. I soon became acquainted with it and began creating images. While attending Bethlehem Central High School, I took several photography classes and worked as a photojournalist for Spotlight Newspapers.
After graduating from high school I majored in Photography at Sage Junior College of Albany (JCA). While attending Sage JCA, I earned several awards for my work including First Place in Digital Imaging, Third Place in Color Photography, Honorable Mention in Digital Imaging, and Certificate of Merit for Achievements in the Arts.
After earning my Associates in Applied Science for Photography and graduating with honors from Sage JCA I earned a Bachelors of Science from the College of Saint Rose where I majored in social science.
